You have full responsibility for all details, pictures of objects, records, data, text, software, graphics, listings, messages or other material ("content") that you upload, videos, post, publish or view or otherwise transmit via the Service, and for all products that you sell or purchase via the Service. Moolive retains the right to prosecute and take effective disciplinary action against any seller/buyer who violates this clause at Moolive's absolute discretion, including without restriction, withdrawing objectionable products or material from the Site, disabling or terminating the account of these violators and referring you to law enforcement authorities.

You are liable, if any, for maintaining your identity and account private and you are entirely responsible for any and all events that exist under your identity or account. You consent to promptly inform Moolive of any unauthorised usage of your password or username, or some other security violation, and guarantee that when you use the Service, you log out your account at the end of each session. Moolive shall not be responsible for any failure or harm arising from your non-compliance with this clause.

You hold rights on the material that you send to or post to the website. You give Moolive a non-exclusive license to use the material in compliance with or as legally permitted under this arrangement in order to access Moolive services.

Our platform is provided exclusively to persons who may shape legally binding contracts under common legislation, which can only be utilised by them. Our marketplace is not available to people under the age of 18.

If you send or upload material to the website, you admit that you are the owner of all copyright in the material, even if you are not the owner, you are allowed to use the content, so you have all the rights available to view, duplicate and to sell the content listed.

Account Creation: Through setting up a password safe account you will become a verified member of the website. Once you register to become a member you will be asked to pick a username and password. Moolive can, in its absolute discretion, refuse any account it believes is unacceptable and may refuse someone from becoming a member. The material that you want to post in your profile's public portion can be accessed, circulated, or connected to inside the platform or during the distribution of the platform services.

Buying/Selling Risk: Moolive is not associated or sponsored by either of the creators, suppliers, distributors or products of goods made accessible via the Service: Moolive is a platform and development portal and is not engaged in any transaction between buyers and sellers, does not gain rights to any items bought and does not serve as a buyer, seller (or representative of a buyer or seller) or company. There are dangers you take in communicating with other people (including those that might be operating under false pretences) and you face both of these costs, not Moolive. We urge you to use the Service's different functionalities (e.g. our commenting feature for products, and our direct message platform) to better determine the customer you are communicating with.

Moolive does not monitor the actions of the Service customers, or the information or user material received by other customers (defined below). Consequently, Moolive does not promise or support the validity, price, protection or legitimacy of any offered or sold products, the reality or accuracy of any advertisements, or the right of Sellers to sell items or purchase objects. We can't guarantee that all transactions will be delivered to their respective buyer. Moreover, Moolive does not guarantee users' willingness or intent to meet their commitments in any contract. Moolive retains the right to suspend the execution of any transaction for a fair amount of time for fraud detecting purposes, and otherwise to secure Moolive and its users from unauthorised or illegitimate acts or other breaches of these Terms.

By signing up on Moolive, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all our privacy policy and terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this platform and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
